#LetsGoGH Life is unpredictable, some people, at times think that it favours’ the smart ones. And in other times too others also think that it favours the open minded person. that has been the assumption of many but I believe that life, its self is a psychologically based, you are what you think you are and you can be whom you want to be, all start from the brains whatever one is, started from the brain. Born in Ejura in the Ashanti, raised by a single parent that’s my mother, no father or uncle to look up to, no any role model, living in a typical nzongo community where life is the survival of the fittest. After my J. S. S. school at Ejura Bridge I had to work at Ejura farms where I was paid £ 12000 a month but for the number of months I worked I could not pay for an admission of £ 17,500 (seventy thousand cedis) at Twene Amanfo Secondary/ Technical in 1993, whatever it is life must go on, so I forced myself into Sunyani Technical institute after all hopes were dashed, and in order to be able to pay for my fees and other things I had no option than to start selling chewing sticks, then went into the selling of second hand graphics, later on move on to sell lotteries, then later went on to become a construction labourer then the latest was into become a secretary of corn millers association of Ghana Sunyani branch all in the name of being able to pay for my school fees from the Technical school through to the Technician part 111 level. I nearly gave up because hopelessness was all over me. Currently I am a senior Technician at the Sunyani Polytechnic and also a student of the University of Education Winneba Kumasi campus studying Bsc in mechanical Engineering. What actually motivated me was something I read from the bible “the Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it” (Gen. 2: 15) so during my reflection on this words that I came to realize that we as humans were created into a problematic world where we are to solve problems and the more complex problem one is able to solve, the more wealth that person can create. My major aspiration now is to advocate for the strengthen of Technical Education in the country based on the natural resources we have as a country. To the youth of Africa we are at the most advantage side of life looking at the numerous problems bedeviling the continent of African like mosquitoes and malaria, filth and cholera, poverty and good soil, our roads and accident, etc. So we should think of solving our problems in our own small way, and we will be where we want to be. Currently I am working on how to completely destroy plastics materials on our streets.
