Letter: “I’m Not Part of Kabwata Times” Dear Editor, Please consider publishing my press release, as I have been wrongly accused of being the administrator of the Facebook page and I wish to clear the air. I have learnt with great shock the accusations that are been thrown at me over the management of a page called “Kabwata Times.” In the past few days I have received over 50 phone calls and text messages both via my mobile and via facebook, many of these calls and text messages have been threats, of been beaten up, I should watch my back and some threatening me of taking my life. I didn’t understand any of this not until one of my close friends called me and told me to check the wall of one Simon Freeman, on his wall he posted my picture saying I am the administrator (owner) of Kabwata times. I was surprised that such lies can be posted about me. I confronted Simon Freeman via Facebook and it didn’t go to well because it was obvious he was convinced by the lies he was fed on, so later on I went through his posting and saw that one Clance Nalosa was in the forefront of saying I am the one who owns the page. Now this is a woman who has always hated me for reasons best known to herself, she hates me from the political field because I have somehow proven to be better than her even at a tender age, but that is not the case now. I would like to take this opportunity to send this clear message to everybody that I am not, and have never been part of Kabwata Times. I wouldn’t own a page which attacks my family day in and day out and also attacks me, those spreading rumors about me owning that page are simply trying to tarnish my image and relationship I have with the many people who have been attacked on that very page with false lies and cheap slander. I am instead urging those who think I own it to look for the real owners and not live on lies and Rumors, in the past few days, I have lost many friends, colleagues and business associates over the same issue, I am ready to prove my innocence in the courts of law if possible. I have differed with many people in the political arena and also on personal levels but you would not be so mean to tarnish another humans image in such a way like Kabwata Times has done it, I am also urging whoever owns Kabwata Times to sober up and to begin to act more professional and not attack innocent people, because of such this is why our county never develops because The younger generation would rather spend their time on useless and none productive issues than spend their time on issues that will help foster development in our county. In conclusion I end with one of my favorite sayings, “I may not change how people think about me, I may not change how they take me too, bit in the end life is a 50/50 race and we must know how to ran it in order to ran a good race” May the Good Lord Bless you all and my the truth show up one day.
