Letter received from the Head Teacher of Johnstone High School today Dear Mr and Mrs Armstrong, I have been included in the recipients of the e-mail you sent to Mrs Milligan as Caitlins Head Teacher and I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for sending us the details of her wonderful achievement. You must be justly proud of your daughter, and I wanted to let you know that her school teachers too are really impressed and delighted at what she has organised. In many ways, Caitlin epitomises the spirit and imagination that makes teaching the most rewarding of vocations. The achievements of our young people never cease to amaze and humble us, and I am always delighted when a story like this comes to the attention of the wider public, because it is important that people of my generation are constantly reminded that the vast majority of todays younger generation are filled with wonderful ideals and inspirational talents to make good things happen for the benefit of the whole community.
