Letting off steam! Tonight about 6 ish I received a call saying they were with Technical support and someone was trying to compromise my computer. When I asked a second time who she was she repeated she was technical support. I said to her if my computer is being in trouble, I would take it to Staples. Direct TV - users beware! We found out that in the fine print when you sign the contract, is a statement that when you leave their services there is a charge. What happen was that we had bundled with Verizon, in the changing back to TWC, Direct TV and Verizon were not on the same page with their paper work. We received in the mail two credit statements, one from Direct Tv, the other Verizon- yesterday we were looking at a bank account, which we showed had money , was now at zero. A transfer fee was charged along with Direct TVs charge of $85.00. This we were told was because Verizon didnt bill properly and on time. So $90 + sets as a credit on Verizon and can take up to 8 weeks to process. Buyer Be Ware!
