Let’s not forget all the environmental consequences the massive amount of dirty water, dirty air, harsh toxic chemicals, and the almost unimaginable massive amounts of petroleum energy to convert tar sands into a usable transferable product by pipeline! Then the incredibly vast amount of energy to distill this slush into a usable carbon product for mass consumption! The End waste products used to transfer this massive amount of tar sands slush are toxically chemically impregnated water which will be in the billions of gallons daily! Just how and where are these toxic chemically impregnated waters to be treated and refined as to not poison the Gulf of Mexico further???????
