Lewd comments scribbled on the underwear of a NE girl Andheri, Mumbai | Monday, 10th November: A North East girl working as an Air Hostess with Jet Airways, on Monday, refused to ignore lewd comments scribbled all over her underwear which was placed on the window grill for drying. The matter came to light when the Air Hostees opened the door Monday morning to put the dustbin outside and was surprised to find her underwear lying on the ground near the door. The determined Air Hostess refused to ignore the lewd comments and fearing that this can lead to an untoward incident, she promptly alerted the North East Helpline the same day. Scribbling obscene comments on an underwear — not a common occurrence in a city where women from the NE community feels the safest amongst all other metropolis. An FIR has been registered by the Air Hostess against the unknown miscreant with the help of the North East Helpline team at the M.I.D.C Police Station, Andheri (East). An investigation has been initiated under the supervision of Sr. Inspector of Police Rajaram Mandage.
