Ley Lines & Mysteries I don’t like the word “Saviour”, or this waiting for someone to save us. We can only save ourselves. In the past, the druid was the Kings adviser, he was a servant, more of a shaman. These days we seem to have merged the priest with the king archetype. This makes religion controlling rather than liberating. Popes, Gurus, spiritual leaders, we give them our spirit, while they harness that power for their own agendas. Just like when the Christians capped the open sacred sites with their churches and trapped the great power of the Ley lines within the prison of their stone walls and stain glass windows. Don’t get me wrong, I adore beautiful churches. The Christian church employs the greatest artists and musicians to stir the spirit. But the spirit is in human hands that create as spirit is in the leaves, the flowers, a bee, a sunset, a river...
