Must be familiar / experienced in: Transport administration, MS Office, Advanced Excel, Sage would be advantage. Invoicing, debtors & creditors control, fuel etc. forecasting, daily / monthly reports. Min Matric with pass maths / accounting is essential. In possession or studying towards an administrative tertiary qualification a big advantage. 2 X DISPATCH CLERK – (WITBANK) – For a logistics company. Min Matric, RAU Diploma added advantage, minimum 2 years experience in transport operations environment. MUST BE able to work set shift pattern, including nights and weekends. Computer literate. Must have own transport. Good customer etiquette. 2 X SUPERVISOR – (WITBANK) – For a logistics company. Min Matric, RAU / Transport / Logistics qualification or studying. Min 3 years exp. in transport operations & safety environment. Manage disciplinary standards. Pref. HR / IR background. Knowledge of Drivecam, Entrophy & Tracking a big advantage. Exp. MS Office suite – Excel. Code EB drivers preferred. Must be familiar with SHEQ systems. ASSISTANT CONTRACT MANAGER – (WITBANK) – Logistics company. Matric, RAU Diploma or equivalent a must. Min 5 yrs. exp. In transport operations. Knowledge of vehicle & tail lift systems advantage. HR/IR background. Conduct post trip analysis & investigations. Knowledge of Drivecam & Tracking. Experience in MS Office & Entropy. EC drivers preferred. Own transport a must. Familiar with SHEQ systems. Management skills a must. ADMINISTRATOR – (WITBANK) – Logistics company.
