Liberalism is a theology and it is not based on any word, phrase, - TopicsExpress

Liberalism is a theology and it is not based on any word, phrase, concept or passage from the Bible. It is based in Collectivism and Humanism and if youre a Christian, you know that these things are false doctrines. It is Collectivism in that their so-called Social Justice groups people based on race, ethnicity, or some other demographic, and judges them accordingly. If you are a member of a privileged group, you are guilty and deserve punishment. If you are a member of a minority group, you are a victim deserving of a reward. The scriptures are very clear. Our sins are forgiven when we each personally and individually repent of our sins and accept Christ into our hearts. I am responsible for my sins and mine alone. I cannot repent for my fathers, or my grandfathers sins. Yes, the scriptures tell us that the Lord may allow the consequences of a mans sins to be visited upon his children or grandchildren, but consequences are not the same as judgment. And besides, he is God! Hello?! He can do that. We cant. It is Humanism in that they, those of the Liberal ideology and in positions of influence, consider themselves The Judge—which only God has the ability and the authority to be. The idea that Man can determine which group of people has been wronged by which other group of people—or the ancestors of said people—or thought-to-be-ancestors of said group of people—that Man can determine that and judge that and then proceed to punish the guilty parties with rewarding—such as in reparations or redistribution of wealth to the victimized parties—all through government policies or some social engineering—flies in the face of everything we know about human nature. Man is not capable—especially through the vehicle of government—nor authorized—to play such a role. Which means all efforts to create such a system will come to the same fate as the Tower of Babel...in ruins. What sparked this post tonight was a video posted by a friend that was supposed to be a humorous spoof on racist people—racist White people, that is—because every single person in the video that was just a little racist was White. Supposedly, if you say things like, Im not racist but... then youre definitely a racist, completely ignoring the fact that White Guilt is also a very real phenomenon that makes White people feel like they cant say anything about a person of a different race without prefacing it with statements like, Im not a racist but... Liberal Theology insists that I am somehow responsible for the sins of other people of my same skin color, which is incredibly racist in and of itself, but is also absolutely not scriptural and not of Christ. Christ taught that we are saved by our repentance of our own sins and acceptance of Him into our hearts. I am White. I am not a racist. I do not have a single racist bone in my body. I am not privileged. I have worked hard for the little I have and have also suffered unfairness and discrimination in my life. Granted, probably less than most of my Black friends—I admit that—but not necessarily and I have never personally perpetrated any racist discrimination upon them. I am not guilty for the sins of White people who lived before I was born. I owe my fellow man, of every race and/or color, the love and compassion of Christ...period. Having said all of that, below is an excellent article on one of the many ways Liberal policies are harming Black Americans. online.wsj/news/articles/SB10001424052702304441304579481593325577488
