Liberalist extremititist This is a recent disease afflicting Malaysia with catastrophic effect to the nation. It has a deceptive benign appearance with a malign effect causing chaos to the society. Essentially it is a form of cerebral disease affecting the cognitive function resulting in incoherent logic with an illusory belief that doses of liberalism is a cure all solutions to all ailments in a society. Sufferers consistently demonstrate a false dichotomy syndrome where anyone not having similar views are called extremist. Symptoms normally manifest in irreconcilable conflict between emotions and incoherent logic. For example, sufferers may demonstrate a deep emotion against any racial or bigoted incitements and even make a public call for legal action to be taken against inciters. But at the same time they call for the legalization of racial and bigoted incitements which support the increase of such incitements in the illusory belief that any doses of liberalism concept ( ie freedom of expression) will somehow cure all societal ills. Those against such legalization are then called extremists. Despite the apparent irreconcilable conflict, sufferers, in many cases, exhibit a pseudo psychological self righteous belief that such incoherent position is the absolute truth. Reported studies have shown sufferers having a disturbing consistent behavioral pattern of a delusional siege mindset and the addictive need of continuous reinforcement of this false pretense. Emphatic and tolerant emotions of people from other groups, race or religion are found deteriorating and in some cases totally absent in the sufferers. Segment of medical fraternity are currently appealing to the authorities to demand warning signs be emplaced at the source of this emotional disturbance.
