Liberia: Lawmaker Turns Lawbreaker Liberian lawmaker turns U.S. fugitive has relocated his family from Liberia to Paris, France; Lawmaker Zoe Emmanuel Pennue serves as Co-Chair on the House Foreign Service Committee. He has been on the run from U.S. authorities since 2009; if arrested, he will be the second Liberian lawmaker to be arrested for felony crime (18 USC § 3559) in The United States. In late 2009, when I took up assignment to piece together organized crime on the eastern seaboard of the United States, particularly amongst the western Africa immigrants community; the problem of vehicle theft was at its worst. I wandered back through where to start my investigation as a crime reporter. Even though, I saw evidence of crime within the African community in the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey & New York; but what shock me most was for a Liberian Congressman (Zoe Emmanuel Pennue) to order vehicle robbery that resulted into............. Grand Gedeans in the diaspora now came to understand that this is not about fame for a particular individual, institution, and/or winning political relevancy; it is about our Representative in Congress as Grand Gedeans & Liberian Co-Chair For The House Foreign Service Committee lying about a felony crime committed in the United States. We could have kept tight-lip if Liberian Congressman Zoe Emmanuel Pennue has honestly told the people of Grand Gedeh County & Liberia alike about his involvement concerning this felony crime; and that it wasnt intentional, and in fact, was a result of an unfortunate circumstances. The miscreant lawmaker has refused to take responsibility that is fully his own. The stolen vehicle was owned by GEIGO INSURANCE COMPANY, and registered in Alexandria, Virginia. LEXUS ES350 ( SEDAN) with VIN # JTBJ46G08166793l. This vehicle was shipped back from Liberia to the United States. How Congressman Zoe Emmanuel Pennue came in contact with a notorious Sierra Leonean national also known as DRAGON (actual name withheld because the individual is now in custody, Zoe Pennue remains at large, & the matter remains inconclusive). We could have invited former Congressman Rufus Gbior into this matter to do justice to the subject, but we arent seeking for an opinion shift in this matter. Our sole purpose is to reveal to the People of Grand Gedeh County that Zoe Emmanuel Pennue committed a felony crime here in the United States and is wanted by United States authorities; and those not mention herein. Something that is worst than an enemy is a traitor. In my investigation, I discovered traces of evidence that lawmaker Zoe Emmanuel Pennue intended to incriminate former Congressman Rufus Gbior. I thought my information processing chamber fails to function normally or this was a banal jester. Unbeknown to former congressman Rufus Gbior, he walked into Zoe Pennues trap, and narrowly escaped federal imprisonment for Grand Theft. I refused to acknowledge Zoe Emmanuel Pennue criminal gangs on the east coast of the United States, but I will state here for the record, that Chelly Joloka of Iowa, continues communication including transfer of funds for a fugitive wanted by United States authorities is of interest to our institution.
