Life Challenges Have No Respect For Anybody “We know that God makes all things work together for the good of those who love Him and are chosen to be a part of His plan.” – Rom. 8:28 On your way to success and with your efforts to make an impact; setbacks, challenges, problems, rejection, failures, call it whatever name will confront you. But it is not what happens to you that matters but how you handle it is what makes the difference. You need to handle them with courage as they come your way. Thomas dreamed of a lamp that could be operated by electricity despite more than ten thousand failures he stood by that dream until he made it a physical reality.According to Napoleon Hill, the morning that the great Chicago caught fire, a group of merchants stood on State Street, looking at the smoking remains of the store. They went into a conference to decide if they would try to rebuild, or leave Chicago and start over in a more promising part of the country. They reached a decision all except one to leave Chicago. The merchant who decided to stay and rebuild pointed a finger at the remains of his store and said, “Gentlemen on that very spot, I will build the world’s greatest store, no matter how many times it may burn down.” That was a very long time ago. The store was built, it stands there today, a towering monument to the “I CAN” spirit of Marshall Field. As a matter of fact, all of life is one trouble or another. No one is immune from problem. A challenge has no respect for anybody. Problems come anyway, whether you invite them or not, and God in his own training school always leaves a challenge in your life for you to conquer. And in a bid to overcome and conquer these challenges, you become stronger. Problems can make you better or bitter, challenges can build or burst you up depends on how you handle them. But the mystery is that, every problem has an expiry date. But most of us do not see things from that perspective because God will tell you where he is taking to, he’ll never tell where to take you through. Therefore, problems one way or other are the springboards to success.
