Visualize your getting tired feel it imagine it eventually your body will get the signal your brain dose not know the difference between imagination and reality as far a chemicals are distributed through out your body. your body responds to the pictures in your head. 3. your mind is running rampant you got a million things on your mind ok that was an exaggeration more like you got like 10 things really on your mind and they wont wait for you to write them down they demand it because those thoughts just what to get out of your head just as much as you want them too their in agreement with you but you must consciously decide to write them down. you gotta save your thoughts for later and write them down is your save as. your mind doesnt like to forget things and your subconscious wont allow a problem to go unsolved so you must bypass it be writing down for later get priorities straight market basket is not open at 2am why you their right now make up your mind.
