Life Style Tip:- Exercise is necessary to keep the body functioning and moving. Dont use it and you will lose it When we stop moving we lose the ability to move as efficiently as we should/could. This is really quite sad as our quality of life diminishes. And isnt life about living? When you take the time to strength train and improve your fitness you improve your whole quality of life. You can do so much more! You try more things. You have improved self esteem and confidence. More energy and you have less visits to the DR! Its not obsessive to want to be healthy, fit and strong, its necessary! So make it a lifestyle :-)
