Life Time Foundation Fundraiser Fitness Jam Please note the following Group Fitness and Yoga class schedule for Saturday, October 19th: 8:45-9:45am NLC with Scott (Studio 1) 9:30-10:30am Strictly Strength with Cortney (Studio 2) 9:15-10:15am Cycle with Karen (Cycle Studio) 10-11:15am Yoga Jam with Thea and Leah (Studio 1) 11:30-1:30pm Fitness Jam: o 11:30-12:00pm INSANITY with Scott o 12:00-12:30pm Cardiokickboxing with Robyn o 12:30-1:00pm Strength with Angel o 1:00-1:30pm Core with Suzanne (Studio 1) Our goal is to raise $500 for the Life Time Foundation, which is the charitable giving component of Life Time. The Life Time Foundation is about inspiring healthy people and a healthy planet, one mission at a time. The current mission of the foundation is Improving Childrens Nutrition - One School Lunch Program at a Time. Non-members are welcome to attend; we just ask that they donate $10 during class.
