Life is always requires selections. Selections often associate abandonments. To abandon something requires a sacrifice. Sacrifice demands forgiveness. The Gospel today and yesterday as well, is not easy for me to practice. In daily life, to love my neighbors, let alone my enemy, is not always easy. The way of Jesus’ teaching seems different from the way humans live. If I don’t have a strong faith and a deep love for God I cannot perform His teaching. Therefore, in my daily life I have to try my best, day by day, step by step, and over and over again to live and to practice what Jesus has invited, so that I can become a good person according to God’s will. Lord, you know everything, you know who I am. Please walk together with me and strengthen me in every minute of my daily life. And please remind me always to remember Your word, “Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.” Amen.
