Life is such a journey, wouldnt you agree? I never know what my day is going to bring when my alarm wakes me at 4:00a.m. but I do know that I am blessed beyond belief. Not only have I had such a blessing in being able to open the doors almost two years ago to Fitness Forever, something that most trainers only dream of doing but I have built a successful business, learned an enormous amount every single day since, have met the most amazing people throughout these past two years; my clients and friends, but now I have the opportunity of introducing to you another blessing who came into my life at the perfect time. I would like to introduce to you Katie Lynn Beckmann to Fitness Forever. She is now joining me as an independent trainer at the studio to bring the very best personal training in the area!
