Life of an entrepreneur with clients and employees in all different time zones... Stayed awake working till about 5am, went to bed at 7am... slept till 1pm. Rolled out of bed and right onto a phone call with the brilliant and Amazing Avram & Nikki about their soon to be launched S.H.I.N.E. system. Made some morning coffee at freaking 2pm in the afternoon. And then spent 2 hours and 44 minutes speaking to Chris McCann & creating a laser focused financial roadmap for the next 40 days and the following 12 months as well. (These were juicy conversations, we easily could have charged money for other business owners to listen on it... one day well remember to do that.) And now its 5:28pm... the sun has already set, and Im realizing I havent even ate breakfast yet. Im not even complaining because I enjoy what I do on a daily basis... just the time really flies. What does suck is this one thing and its that at times I can end up disappointing certain people unintentionally because I can run out of hours in the day. I find myself some days at 4 or 5am thinking... how did I not get back to so and so yet. And this is something Im constantly working on and can be a blind spot. So hey if I ever take a few days longer to get back to you then youre expecting, Im sorry, and do me a favor and know its nothing personal, Im just working through some things at the time. (Heres a bad idea - Take it personally, because it will make you look victimy in my eyes, and I do my best to avoid people with victim mindsets.) Im not really sure where I was going with this post... I just figure it could be a good expression of transparency because most people do not know what I do on a daily basis. Well theres still 12 hours left in my day... back to it.
