Life sciences academics -2014 Wrote LIFE SCIENCE STUDENTS - FOR YOUR URGENT ATTENTION. Ignore what the admission letter says where it says Paper 1: Structure and Paper 2: Environment. It’s the other way around – just as you have been taught. Here is the letter to explain why: CONTENT AREAS FOR LIFE SCIENCES PAPERS FOR THE NOVEMBER 2014 EXAMINATIONS The admission letters for candidates registered for Life Sciences outlined the content area to be assessed in each of the two papers in the November 2014 examination. This information was however inadvertently based on the previous content framework and not on the CAPS for the Life Sciences. You are kindly requested to inform all candidates registered for Life Sciences, that the content area for each of the two Life sciences papers (scheduled for 21 and 24 November 2014) will be in accordance with the stipulations of the Life Sciences CAPS document (refer to attached extract) and not as indicated on the candidate’s admission letters.
