Life serves me cases here at the court that amply illustrate that Capitalism, run by humans as it is, is not a rational economic system. Lest the Socialists among my friends rejoice, I should also note that virtually all cases here at court make it completely plain that it is well-neigh impossible to impose any kind of rational order whatsoever on either life, or living humans. Life is a bloody mess - at times even a literally bloody mess. Thats the human condition. The best law can do is clear up the wreckage. ...and far too often, it doesnt even do that job very well.
