Like an athlete preparing for victory I am in a state of visualization for a live painting session at a wedding at St. Regis on Saturday :) Since I have found that almost every painting I do ends up looking exacty as I first visualize it…. I have learned that I can mentally prepare by envisioning a completed work to the point that painting it just seems like filling in the blanks… do any of you out there use this type of visualization in your field of work?
