Like if youve been feeling manic-stressed and exhausted all at the same time? Forward folds help calm the central nervous system, while back bends wake us up. Do yourself a favor and take 3 1-minute breaks during your day to practice this flow, re-center your awareness and balance your energy. From standing, take a deep inhalation as you reach above your head and arch you back. Exhale, forward fold. Inhale, lift halfway up into Monkey Pose. Exhale, forward fold. Inhale, stand all the way up and arch your back. Repeat the flow 3-12 times. You can either hold each pose for multiple breaths or practice 1 breath for 1 movement. :) Please note, my flow video is in super speed….no need to move at this tempo. Happy Holidays, friends!
