Given the cost of obesity in the world, it wont be long until they place a ban on hiring overweight or obese people too. I believe that the rise in obesity is a symptom of a much bigger problem, our food supply. If its manufactured, easy to get, and convenient to use, theres a buyer, and a lot of them. Until our food supply shifts (Salt, Sugar, Fat by Michael Moss), this highly contagious disease, obesity, will spread. This is not just a U.S. issue, its a world issue. And a scary one at that. Good news! I have the power to change that in my own kitchen. ;)
