Like this one, I also have a 3 year old and 8 month old, and Ive got to say shes highly disciplined for looking this fit. It is doable, definitely. Youve got to prioritize, put yourself before other things. She probably didnt gain much weight in the pregnancy and therefore within a matter of months (most likely) got herself into shape. But, other moms shouldnt be pressured seeing her. Having a great physique is great, BUT not necessary.
