Many folks dont even know they are addicted because its in fast/processed/packaged food and countless other consumer products....making it a tough habit to kick. Tons of people are just not feeling good and have no idea why....and when they seek help are just given a script for a med...vicious cycle. Break the cycle, stop the madness #riseandshineEVOLution
