Like to tell Arizonan Corporate Commission that we want more, not less competition of electric power here in Arizona. We demand to have alternatives and choices of our power sources. We demand that the Arizonan grid, paid for by the rate base be divested from APS. We are dead last in the US for an open energy market. Even China has a divested grid from power generators. We dare you to impose a $100 tax on solar user, and discriminate solar power generator as retail buyer but wholesale seller. Both are plainly illegal and antitrust.
