Limburg, Netherlands - Father Throws Chair At Judge, Disgusted At Sentence For Killer driver His two year old girl, along with both her grandparents died instantly after being struck by the drivers vehicle when it went off the road travelling at 75mph in a 50mph zone. The judge handed down the defendant a total of 120 hours of community service and would only serve a prison sentence of 60 days if the work was not completed. Upon hearing this, the grieving father threw a chair in the direction of the judge. Local media reported that the driver showed no remorse whatsoever during his trial which created tension in the court room. Neither did he apologise for his actions.
