Also also, the Blue Monk Quartet are playing a free gig in the city art gallery on Saturday. They are typically fun and talented. If youre in the art gallery, you might be lucky enough to pick up the Limerick Jazz Festival programme that I have annotated with comments about how grumpy Van Morrison is. Unlikely to be a collectors item in future years, you will nevertheless find it somewhere in the pile of programmes highlighting the jazz festival, which is this weekend. #ifyougotothingstherewillbemorethings
