Limitation of authority on people, one must know whoever claims authority thereby assumes responsibility and whoever assumes responsibility has authority to claim. They are two sides of a coin. To assume responsibility on a lady therefore always means to lay claim on her (Authority) .yet the most important limitation on female responsibility is the limitation authority. Whenever a male does not possess the authority to go meet a female and he is found as such,then such responsibility should be treated with grave suspicion for it is not responsibility but lust for power.
