Lindley asked, Is anyone else facing judgmental relatives over the holidays? This is our first year homeschooling, and Im more anxious about passive-aggressive comments and disapproving stares than I am about cooking and cleaning up. I also cant stand when the grown-ups start quizzing my daughter with whatever knowledge they think is grade-appropriate, and then make her feel bad if she doesnt know the answer or struggles with what amounts to a verbal pop quiz.
