Generally linking word is used:- and, both …… …. And, as well as, not only……. But also, no less than, either……..or, neither………..nor. otherwise,else,but,still,yet,nevertheless,on the contrary,while,wheareas,therefore,so consequently,for,after,before,since,till,until,when,as,becase,that,so that,so—that,unless,whatever,as—as,so—as,than,as if,as though,accordin as,no---sooner—than,scarcely---when,hardly—when,more,most,in the sameway,similarly,afterwords,anyway,moreover,besides,with regards to incidentally,in short namely,for instance,includineg,espectlly,mainly,chiefly etc. Example: As if----He talks as if he were mad. As though-- He talks as though he were mad. As used as meaning:- As-- (a)As I was leaving the room,the telephone rang. As—(b)As I was sleeping,I could not write to you. As—(c)AsWise as he is,he will not understand it. As—(d)He did as I said. As—(e)I offer my self as a candidate for the post. As---as (positive) You are as weak as a patient. So----as (negative) He is not so tall as you. Both—and , Both he and his brother will go there. As well as----Father as well as his brothers has done it. Either---or, Either he or his brother has done this. Not only---but also, Masum not only ate but also drank. So---- that, He is so weak that he can not walk.
