Lionel is feeling better today. Chantal is still not eating. I gave her pain meds last night and that did help her move around but she still wont eat. We are going back to the vet on Sat to find out if its pancreatis or cancer.. I need an answer! I spent a long time with both of them last night, brushing and petting. Both needed grooming since they havent felt well enough to do much for awhile. Lionel looked great when I finished and so did parts of Chantal. But even reclined on my lap relatively happy, she was NOT having anything touched but her head, neck and very gently, her back. So her front is still matted. She nipped me a few times to remind me of her boundaries. Im the only one in the household who can handle her. Apparently she likes me in spite of the meds. And she likes lap time. Please pray for our little girl. The vet says she is only 8.
