Lisa Holt (Cochiti Pueblo) Harlan Reano (Santo Domingo Pueblo) husband and wife artists are our Sunday highlight! #SFIM14 Husband-and-wife team Holt and Reano have been collaborating on their ceramic creations since 2000. Holt comes from a long line of illustrious Cochiti potters; she collects clay from her Pueblo, and uses that to form jars, vases, and figurines. Reano is the painter, using time-honored vegetal and mineral pigments such as wild spinach. While his designs are sometimes inspired by historical Santo Domingo ceramics, they have a very Op-art feel to them, appearing very contemporary.
