Lisa Thompson Had various medicals for ESA over the years but none for DLA even though I have applied and gone to tribunal and lost. DLA seem to use the evidence on the ESA medical, can they do this? Also been to see G.P. today and DLA or ESA have never wrote to my doctor about any of my conditions. I have M.E. fibromyalgia (not tested but GP agrees i have this) curved spine, depression and anxiety. I have my DLA Tribunal next Friday and wondered if this would change the decision? I also plan on taking my 8 year old daughter with me as she helps me when i am having a bad day ie getting clothes/shoes and making a meal. Can anyone give me advice for my Tribunal????? and about DLA not writing to my doctor?
