Lisas Stuffed Pizzas This is a tradition at my house for my daughters birthday! They are so good and you can make them however you like: Frozen Bread Dough (however many you want to make) Pizza Sauce (I prefer Contadina) Mozzarella Cheese Toppings: Pepperoni, Mushrooms, Ham, veggies -- whatever you like Melted Butter Salt Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Let Frozen Bread Dough rise on a cookie for about 5-6 hours. Roll out dough on a floured surface. Spread pizza sauce on dough. If using Pepperoni, place all over dough on top of sauce. Add any additional toppings. Add desired amount of cheese (approximately 1 1/4 cups) on top. Grab and stretch sides and fold over to meet in the middle. Tuck ends of dough in. Place pizza roll on cookie sheet. Once it is on cookie sheet, gently turn over so it is seam side down. Brush with melted butter and lightly sprinkle with salt. Cut about 4 slits into dough to help steam escape. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 25 minutes, until golden brown. Slice and serve.
