Listen carefully to what Ken Livingstone is saying here, he is saying that MI5 were perfectly willing to not only watch and record the abuse of children actively taking place, but that it was for no other purpose than to then hold as evidence to BLACKMAIL the perpetrators with. They were no more concerned with the children`s welfare than those who were abusing, all they wanted was to use that abuse as leverage against people and in my opinion that makes them every bit as degenerate as the abusers.
