Listen to Ridley Scott defence of his racist movie, The Exodus: gods and Kings. This is nonsensical defense. Riddle Scots statement has just proved what the Black critics were saying about his racial bias casting history. The fact that he cast Black person for the role in American Gangster, which the movie showed nothing but angry black men and women, disfranchised, destitute and hustling to survive and violent gangsterism in Black neighborhood in racial segregated America. This also testified to the fact that his intention are to cast black actors and actress play demeaning, violent, lawless, criminal and inferior roles and cast whites to play the hero or heroine.
