Listen to this..... I asked for Strength... I was given difficulties to make me strong. I asked for Wisdom... I was given problems to solve. I asked for Prosperity... I was given brain and brawn to work. I asked for Courage... I was given danger to overcome. I asked for Love... I was given troubled people to help. I asked for Favors... I was given opportunities. Now lets look at it i another way.... Instead of asking for... we give thanks for. The same prayer, just backwards... I stumbled with difficulties laid before me... I gave thanks for the Strength to pick myself up and remain strong. I faced many problems this year... I gave thanks for the Wisdom within to face them. I Prospered from a decision I made... I gave thanks for the brain and brawn I was given to make it happen. Danger came upon me... I gave thanks for the Courage to see it through. Troubled people crossed my path... I gave thanks for the chance to share my Love. Opportunities came before me... I gave thanks for the Favors. This process of giving thanks... just may actually draw more of the goodness... Being thankful for LIFE is what the focus of lifes journey is about... our spirit within, our soul is on a human journey... we must give thanks daily for this LIFE given to our spirit within, and touch as many people, in a good way, as we can... by doing so, it actually creates a journey well lived, a life well lived,... so when troubles cross... we are ready to deal with it.
