Literal Faith.... ParT 1 ***ReposT*** Hebrews 11:1-3 (1) Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. (2) For by it the elders obtained a good report. (3) Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. Weve heard stories about Faith. Weve sung songs about Faith. Weve heard countless sermons about Faith. Some of us even know the full breakdown of The Book of Hebrews 11:1 in regards to what Faith is. The questions that I had to ask myself is; Do I Just Practice Having Faith Or Do I Actually Use Faith? Am I Just goinG Through The Motions Or Am I Operating In Faith According To The Scriptures? I was having a conversation with a brother in The TRUTH back in April and I was telling him that it almost seems like that the more that we are awakened to a full understanding of the Bible, we seem to move further away from the basic fundamentals of our doctrine. It seems to me that Faith is one of those areas thats not talked about often. According to my understanding of our doctrine, if I dont Believe in what I am reading then Im kinda like wasting my time. So as a whole, where is our Faith and how strong is it? Matthew 17:14-21 (14) And when they were come to the multitude, there came to him a certain man, kneeling down to him, and saying, (15) Lord, have mercy on my son: for he is lunatic, and sore vexed: for often he falls into the fire, and oft into the water. (16) And I brought him to your disciples, and they could not cure him. (17) Then Yasha (Jesus) answered and said, O faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you? how long shall I suffer you? bring him here to me. (18) And Yasha (Jesus) rebuked the devil; and he departed out of him: and the child was cured from that very hour. (19) Then came the disciples to Yasha (Jesus) apart, and said, Why could not we cast him out? (20) And Yasha (Jesus) said to them, Because of your unbelief: for truly I say to you, If you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you shall say to this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible to you. (21) However, this kind goes not out but by prayer and fasting. IF YOU HAVE FAITH THE SIZE OF A MUSTARD SEED THEN TELL THAT MOUNTAIN TO GET OUT OF YOUR WAY!!!! I know that I have heard that verse at least a kabazillion times in gospel songs and sermons. But when HaMashiach (The Messiah) said it, he was talking about it in the literal sense also. Christ was saying if we Believe like we say we do, then we just need a small amount of the same Faith that he used then we can literally move mountains. Mountains Meaning Several Hills Made Of Harden Magma That Aint Turned Back Into A Volcano Yet. Now we already know that Christ wasnt dealing with magic or anything along those lines. He was just giving us a reminder of our role and how much power and authority that was given to us originally. Psalms 8:4-6 (4) What is man, that you are mindful of him? and the son of man, that you visit him? (5) For you have made him a little lower than the angels, and have crowned him with glory and honor. (6) You made him to have dominion over the works of your hands; you have put all things under his feet: We are on a level thats just little lower than the angels in regards to our spirituality and physical status. Because of our current state of captivity we have very little knowledge of our full potential. Sin has flawed our original blueprint. So because of this lack of knowledge we are far removed from our glorious purpose. The Most High has not done this with any other nation. Now that we know that we are The Children of Yasharahla (Israel) and that revelation knowledge should not be taken lightly, whats next? Knowing that WE_thE_PEOPLE is not the entire scope of things. Now that we have been awakened, whats next???? Romans 12:1-2 (1) I beseech you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of Ahayah (God), that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to Ahayah (God), which is your reasonable service. (2) And be not conformed to this world: but be you transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of Ahayah (God). We must change the way that we think is first. WE MUST THINK IN THE SAME FASHION THAT HaMashiach THOUGHT. He didnt have any physical advantage over anyone else when he was on the Earth. Christ was not super human when he was here on Earth. What he KNEW was his purpose for being here and no worldly power would stop him. The miracles that he performed were accomplished through his Faith.Yes, HaMashiach USED FAITH. Matthew 24:34-36 (34) Truly I say to you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled. (35) Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away. (36) But of that day and hour knows no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. Mark 13:30-32 (30) Truly I say to you, that this generation shall not pass, till all these things be done. (31) Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away. (32) But of that day and that hour knows no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father. This is showing that Christ used Faith because he is speaking of a situation that is Hoped For With The Evidence Thats Not Seen. He simply BELIEVED in all of which was divinely given to him while he was in the flesh. One of the reasons he was sent in the flesh was to show us what we can do in the flesh. He KNEW what he Believed and he Believed in what he KNEW. This is what we should be doing. But he was not arrogant in his functionalities as our Savior and Redeemer. We shouldnt be arrogant either. Philippians 2:5-8 (5) Let this mind be in you, which was also in HaMashiach (Christ) Yasha (Jesus): (6) Who, being in the form of Elohim (God), thought it not robbery to be equal with Ahayah (God): (7) But made himself of no reputation, and took on him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: (8) And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient to death, even the death of the cross We cant do this walk in Faith & Believing without a Mindset of Christ. Faith & Belief are kinda like the side products of having the thought process of HaMashiach. They are twins in same womb of our struggle towards victory. But to say that you have Faith isnt enough. To Believe requires action. Matthew 14:24-31 (24) But the ship was now in the middle of the sea, tossed with waves: for the wind was contrary. (25) And in the fourth watch of the night Yasha (Jesus) went to them, walking on the sea. (26) And when the disciples saw him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, It is a spirit; and they cried out for fear. (27) But straightway Yasha (Jesus) spoke to them, saying, Be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid. (28) And Peter answered him and said, Lord, if it be you, bid me come to you on the water. (29) And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Yasha (Jesus). (30) But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me. (31) And immediately Yasha (Jesus) stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said to him, O you of little faith, why did you doubt?
