Live Board Meeting Topic 6 Oklahoma Youth Shooting and Hunting Program Bowhunt at the Wilderness Center on Lake Stroud. We did this last year and it was an AWESOME experience! Definitely setting up a International Bowhunting Education Program (IBEP) course for 14 September. This will be mandatory for the kids who are applying/going to the hunt. And mandatory for Alaska bowhunting and some provinces of Canada and other states. Be sure to check with your hunting buddies who are going to Alaska or other states that could require IBEP certification.
