Live More Awesome - August. For the month of august I will be taking part in the LMA Awesome August photo challenge. I plan to use Tumblr to upload my daily efforts so you may get to learn a bit more about me from some of the posts. you can follow me on Tumblr here - mattevansphoto.tumblr Ive already posted it this week but you can check out the LMA challenge here… livemoreawesome/awesome-august-photo-a-day-challenge-2/ I’m still currently doing a 100day project so taking on another “photo a day" project is going to be challenging but its all for a good cause. It is estimated that depression affects 15% of the worlds population, I hope my contribution to the LMA project will help raise at least *some* awareness of depression as a mental illness and remove some of the social stigma that comes with it. If you suffer from depression or know someone who does then please ask for help. Ask your family, ask a friend, phone the helpline, get in touch with LMA, hell even send me an email if that’s what it takes! Just. Ask. For. Help. It really is that simple, nobody will think any less of you. You are worth it and there is a way through. I hope you guys will help support me the Awesome August. Thanks Matt
