Liverpool are continuing to focus their attentions on building for the future by signing a host of talented teenagers for their academy this summer. The Reds have signed 14 year old Bristol City starlet Herbie Kane and a deal is in place for Barcelona’s 16 year old forward Sergi Canos. Canos rejected the offer of a new contract at Barcelona and will follow a path previously trodden by Cesc Fabregas and Gerard Pique by moving to England to continue his career. He was spotted at the LFC academy in Kirkby last month. Liverpool have also expressed an interest in is Athletic Bilbao’s Unai Lopez, according to The Liverpool Echo.highly-rated 16 year old midfielder Pedro Chirivella. Liverpool are reported to have fought off competition from Man City for the Spanish under 16 captain. Another teenager on the radar is Gremio’s Brazilian midfielder Matheus Biteco. Sambafoot report the 18 year-old was watched during the recent Under 20 Toulon tournament. Liverpool are also reportedly battling it out with Arsenal over the signing of 14 year-old West Brom starlet Yan Dhanda. The Reds previously signed Jerome Sinclair from The Baggies
