Livid right now at Comcast. Just had my new account set up with them less then 3weeks ago get first bill $73.13. Call pay on automated service and it walks you thru and ask you to confirm pay then takes $184.98 so I call talk to service rep and he tells me I need to call my bank so I tell him no put on supervisor your company has stolen from me and they need to refund my money. Super gets on says will reverse the overcharge and back on card in 5business days and nothing else he can do for me. Best believe I gave him an ear full of profanity. Ryan Bartlett is this how they treat customers???
