Livingston- District Attorney Scott M. Perrilloux reports that the following individuals appeared in court on March 20, 2014, before Judge Robert Morrison, and either pleaded guilty or no contest or were found guilty of the following crimes and received the following sentences: Terrie Boudreaux, age 49, of Hammond, LA, pleaded no contest to cruelty to a juvenile. She was sentenced to serve three years with the department of corrections. The sentence was suspended and the defendant was placed on two years of probation. She must also pay a $500.00 fine and court costs, and complete a substance abuse evaluation. Tabetha Bowman, age 30, of Livingston, LA, pleaded no contest to misdemeanor theft. She was sentenced to serve six months in the parish jail. The sentence was suspended and the defendant was placed on two years of probation. She must also pay a $250.00 fine, court costs and restitution. Dustin Daniels, age 28, of Greensburg, LA, pleaded no contest to theft over $500.00. The sentence was deferred and the defendant was placed on two years of probation. He must also pay a $250.00 fine, restitution and court costs. Casey Gayle, age 45, of Livingston, LA, pleaded no contest to distribution of schedule II controlled dangerous substances. He was sentenced to serve two years with the department of corrections. Jon Hebert, age 51, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to issuing worthless checks. He was sentenced to serve three years with the department of corrections. The sentence was suspended and the defendant was placed on three years of probation. He must also pay a $250.00 fine, restitution and court costs. Jon Hebert, age 51, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to two counts of issuing worthless checks $500.00-$1,500.00. He was sentenced to serve two years with the department of corrections for each count, to be served concurrently. The sentence was suspended and the defendant was placed on three years of probation. He must also pay fines, restitution and court costs. Damion Jones, age 36, of Baton Rouge, LA, pleaded no contest to illegal possession of stolen things. He was sentenced to serve three years with the department of corrections. The sentence was suspended and the defendant was placed on three years of probation. He must also pay fines and court costs. Joshua Lee, age 27, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances, and theft under $500.00. He was sentenced to serve four years with the department of corrections for the first offense and 30 days in the parish jail for the second, to be served concurrently. Jerry Primm, age 41, of Baton Rouge, LA, pleaded no contest to forgery, unauthorized use of a moveable, and two counts of theft under $500.00. He was sentenced to serve one year with the department of corrections for the first and second offenses, and six months in the parish jail for each count of theft under $500.00. All time is to be served concurrently. He must also pay restitution. Clinton Temple, age 30, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances. He was sentenced to serve three years with the department of corrections. The sentence was suspended and the defendant was placed on two years of probation. He must also pay a $350.00 fine and court costs, and complete a substance abuse evaluation.
