Liza Harris Bought a blackberry, cash, at Vodacom 4U in Pearce st on Saturday at 12h30, because i needed a phone urgently, go home, phone doesnt work, they closed, have to wait until Monday. Before i left the store, nobody opened the box to see if phone was in working condition!!! Monday i take the phone in, has to be sent off for an assessment to see why the phone is not working, im told shouldnt take more than 3 days. Ok, because there is no other option, i run a business and need a phone. today, day 4 im told i will only hear next week what the problem is, because Vodacom technical centre very busy, whos problem is this, yes the consumer again. so that means i will be without a phone for more than a week for a business! i insisted on a loan phone, oh sorry they dont have any! Really sick of these cellphone giants and there pathetic service.
