Local business man under investigation for Insurance Fraud. It is alledged that Troy Minyard of Hugo Oklahoma and his Office Manager and Shop Supervisor has been falsely reporting to the Workman Comp Carrier, that there is no Confined Space Welding Activity going on to avoid a High Risk Premium Denial of Medical Treatment, for injured workers is also alledged. Minyard is not providing proper ventilation for his workers, and placing there lives in Danger while Minyard and his Managment reeped the benifits. There is also witnesss to Minyard Calling all employees in a meeting, to discuss things the employees should lie about...should they be questioned by investigators, and provided a list of things to remember If you have any information, or have been denied medical treatment or if you have witnessd any of the above...Please Contact the Oklahoma Attorney General Office, and ask for the Insurance Fraud Dept.
