Local friends..... It is looking like I may have to find new renters for my home. So, I am going to put a little bit of info out in the hopes you will spread the word and help reunite my family. The house is a 5 bedroom, 4 bath brick and vinyl sided home, located in the heart of Doe Valley, less than one mile from the private beach. The bathrooms are 2 full, and 2 half bath, with one half bath located in the basement. The house is estimated at 3500 sq feet, with plenty of space. The basement is completely finished, and includes a pool table with billiards lighting, and accessories. The basement also has a theater room, complete with HUGE screen, mounted projector, tract lighting, and a theater couch with 5 recliners. the basement also has outside access, plus a storage shed, with both inside and outside access. The huge laundry room is located in the basement, with plenty of extra room for storage. the bathroom is located in the laundry room. We have installed curtains to surround the bathroom area for extra privacy and cuteness. :) On the main floor, there is a living room, spacious kitchen with new marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, two ovens, built in microwave, and built in toaster oven. The refridgerator is a French door model (freezer on bottom, side by side doors on top) Spacious pantry is also located in the kitchen area. New hardwood floors were installed one year ago. Off the dining room there is a three seasons sun room. Wall to wall windows are in this room, giving a gorgeous view of the beautiful koi pond located in the fenced back yard. A nice wood deck is located off the sun room, where a hot tub is currently installed. this can be left for the tenants use with a signed waiver of responsibility . :) We use this room as an office. The main floor and upstairs has new carpeting installed one year ago. Master bedroom and master bath are located on the main floor, as well as a half bath. Four more spacious bedrooms are located upstairs, as well as another full bathroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans installed. We have recently landscaped the front yard, as well as the koi pond built into the ground in the backyard. Property is very private, with trees and wooded areas on all three sides of the property. Must see to fully appreciate this home. tenant would be responsible for maintaining and feeding my fishies, and winterizing the pond. We will provide food for the first year. tenant would also be responsible for maintaining the hot tub as well. Rent would be $1550 a month, with a $1550 deposit that can be paid in monthly installments for the first year. This price includes doe valley amenities, i.e pool, two private beaches, tennis courts, swim club.... We also are including trash in this price. tenant is responsible for all utilities. Our electric bill has been running $200 to $240 during the summers, and slightly higher in the winters. (I run my air and heat, I do not enjoy being cold or hot lol) The water bill runs apx $70 a month, but this includes Doe valleys flat rate sewer charges. This home was built 17 years ago, and we are the second owners. There are quirks to this place. But I have done my research, and this price is actually lower than what a house this size with these amenities would usually run. Pets are negotiable, with a non refundable pet deposit of $200 for the first pet, and $100 for each additional pet within numerical reason. Please, friends, help spread the word.
