Location: Chennai Experience: 4-10 yrs Job Description: The focus of the role will be to work on designing and implementing messaging solution on Microsoft Exchange in complex environment. Migrating non-Microsoft messaging solution to Exchange. Intended Technical & Non-Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge on Active Directory (architecture, design, disaster recovery, troubleshooting, ADFS and RMS) 2003/2008/2012, DNS and DHCP. Deep Technical expertise on Exchange Server 2003, 2007, and 2010 Exposure to Exchange 2013 desirable. In-depth knowledge of messaging Systems, architecture expertise and Email Routing. Good understanding of cluster technology on Exchange 2007/2010. Good understanding of Active Directory with regards to Exchange Projects. Responsible for planning, testing, tuning, configuration and setup of Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010 architectures. Maintain appropriate documentation on the Microsoft Exchange Environment. Provide Exchange support within Team for the E-Mail Environment. Participate in weekend maintenance activities, whenever required. Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing. Must have a minimum of 6 years working experience and intimate proficiency with Microsoft Exchange 2007, 2010 administration and troubleshooting in large scale multi-site environment Must have 3 years working experience on Designing, planning & deployment of Exchange setup in various environment Must have 2 years of experience in project management Must have minimum 8 years of Experience in IT Industry Must have knowledge of Window Administration & Exchange Power shell scripting Must have skills of deploying Exchange in large Enterprise environment Knowledge of Exchange Hardening Excellent Knowledge in Exchange Security Logs auditing Virtualization experience on Hyper V / VMware Troubleshooting issues by checking Exchange logs and Window Events logs Knowledge of Exchange in clustered environment (Windows Cluster/DAG) Excellent customer service and telephone skills, and experience in a professional service environment. Demonstrated experience in ITIL best practices methodologies. Provide training among the team for the Exchange. Must have Good Verbal and written communications skills. Must have very strong troubleshooting/Problem solving skills.
