Location of Sighting: Thames House 12 Millbank, London SW1P 4QE Date of Sighting: 14/02/2013 Time: 06:00AM Witness Name: Max W Witness Statement: I was driving past Thames House when I looked up and saw something indescribable in the sky made purely of light. It was like seeing a new colour or shape I could not possibly describe it hovering over Thames House the rays of light seemed to penetrate the ground below. Then after about 30 seconds it moved away like a ray of light would travel through the sky at least this is the best way I can think of to describe it and vanished from sight.
