Loker Mantap II URGENTLY REQUIRED 1. Sr. Integrity Engineer Qualifications: 1. At least a Engineer Degree (Preferably Mechanical), or Degree in Materials Science / Metallurgy 2. Experience of working as an Integrity Engineer on a Major Project 3. Knowledge and experience of integrity aspects of operational readiness, ideally gained through experience on a Major Project 4. Experience of working in a multicultural environment appropriate to location of the project 5. Ability to work well with others, self-motivated with willingness to challenge conventional practice Responsibilities: 1. Develop the Integrity Management Schemes and associated inspection 2. Monitoring programmes for the relevant static mechanical equipment types 3. Manage the implementation of the RBA / RBI programme to define inspection and monitoring requirements in accordance with the defined BP Practice 4. Working in conjunction with the R&M Function, ensure the Inspection and Test 2. Quality Inspector (Electrical) Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree in reputable university 2. At least 3-5 years of experience in the same field 3. Familiar with Equipment Preservation Requirements and its position in the integrated preservation process 4. Have capability to read drawings and specifications and familiar with Government regulations and relevant International Standards sucha as IEEE, UL, ANSI, API, NEMA, NFPA, ASTM, ICEA, NETA, ANSI, NEC and ISO 5. Familiar with material traceability requirements per EN 10204 6. Familiar with materials such as electric motor, switch gear, electrical equipment, transformer, UPS & battery, communication systems, control valve, PSV etc Responsibilities: 1. Review and verify related technical QA/QC documents to ensure that material and/or equipment meet the requirements 2. review project specific procedures for construction and installation issued by Companys Other Contractor to ensure full compliance with Project specific requirements 3. Provide assistance in managing and filing management of Supplier inspection and test records 4. Provide assistance to ensure proper traceability of materials and equipment 5. Perform visual inspection, painting inspection, dimensional check and other inspection refer to approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and issue Daily Inspection Report 3. Quality Inspector (Piping) Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree in reputable university 2. At least 3-5 years of experience in the same field 3. Must have experience in the fabrication of storage tanks to API 650 series and pressure vessels and heat exchange to ASME VIII 4. Must able to demonstrate extensive knowledge in materials and have experience in joining low alloy carbon and stainless steel 4. Site QC Lead Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree in reputable university 2. At least 3-5 years of experience in the same field 3. Familiar with Equipment Preservation Requirements and its position in the integrated preservation process 4. Have capability to read drawings and specifications and familiar with Government regulations and relevant International Standards sucha as IEEE, UL, ANSI, API, NEMA, NFPA, ASTM, ICEA, NETA, ANSI, NEC and ISO 5. Familiar with material traceability requirements per EN 10204 6. Familiar with materials such as electric motor, switch gear, electrical equipment, transformer, UPS & battery, communication systems, control valve, PSV etc Responsibilities: 1. Lead Company for all technical aspects related to site Inspections 2. Accountable for the delivery of the QA/QC Team Performance 3. Championing HSE Performance standards and cultures within the QA/QC Teams of both BP and the Contractor, which are aligned to BP GHSER and Business Unit policies and expectation 4. Ensures Contractor QC Organization is working in accordance with Project procedures, Company specification and contract requirements as well as ensure the Contractor is managing his Subcontractors effectively 5. Quality Inspector (Welding) Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree in reputable university 2. At least 3-5 years of experience in the same field 3. Must have experience in the fabrication of storage tanks to API 650 series and pressure vessels and heat exchange to ASME VIII 4. Must able to demonstrate extensive knowledge in materials and have experience in joining low alloy carbon and stainless steel 6. Quality Inspector (Painting) Qualifications: 1.
